Ram:  I am really uncomfortable with boss. His attitude towards me is always changing. My confidence on myself is dependent on how he treats me. I am really uncomfortable with this situation. What do I do?

Umi: If I tell you to leave, you will say, "I can't afford to..."  Whatever advice you receive, you will say that it is not possible, because if it were, you would have already done it.  What you have created, and it is you and no one else who has created this, is an insoluble problem.  You have created this because you have a very strong need to have an insoluble problem.  So you see, you are getting exactly what you want, and you are solving your problem, very well, all the time.
